Overview

Your Google Calendar syncs on the same connection as your Gmail. Every contact shows when you last met and when you meet next, without anyone logging it.

It is also what lets call intelligence find your Zoom, Google Meet and Teams meetings.

How it works

  • No meeting logging

Meetings with a contact show on that contact as they happen.

  • Walk in prepared

See the next meeting on the record next to everything else you know about the account.

  • Calls on the record

Turn on call intelligence and meetings on your calendar are recorded to the record.

Configure

  1. 01

    Open Email and calendar

In Riska, go to Settings, then Personal, then Email and calendar.

  2. 02

    Connect your Google account

Choose Google and sign in. One consent covers mail and calendar.

  3. 03

    Choose who sees it

Keep the connection personal, or share it with your workspace so the team works from one inbox.

  4. 04

    Let it sync

The connection shows In Sync and recent history backfills in the background.
