The platform

Every stage of the policy, in one system. Submissions land as data, price themselves against live appetite, and bind into a book you can steer. One system from the first email to the renewal notice, so the judgement your team is paid for goes into risk, not into rekeying, chasing and reconciling.

A complete submission, before anyone opens an attachment. Email, portal or API. Every route lands structured data on your product model, with a source page behind every field.

Every channel, one queue. Broker email, agent portals and partner APIs resolve to the same submission on the same model. Nothing triaged twice, nothing left unread in a shared mailbox.

Extraction that proves itself. Every value is traceable to the page it came off, across every document type your book sees, and it gets sharper the more of them you write.

Define the business you want. Let the book tell you what to change. Classes, geographies, limits and referral thresholds are rules on your own model, versioned and live the day you set them. Every risk is scored against the current version, and what binds tells you what the next version should say.

Strategy you can edit. Appetite is configuration, not a memo the team is meant to remember. Change it and the next submission is scored on the new version, with the reason behind every referral and decline recorded against the file.

Every revision is informed by the last one. Hit rate, loss ratio and concentration are attributed back to the rules that let the business in, so each revision is aimed at the segments actually carrying the result rather than at last quarter's anecdote.

Your rating strategy, live the week you decide it. One engine for rating, pricing and quoting, bound to your own data model and served to underwriters, agents and Riska alike.

Referrals route themselves. Authority is enforced by the system rather than remembered by the team, so the files that need an underwriter reach one and the rest never wait for it.

Riska prices, your people approve. The agent assembles the quote and shows its working; the underwriter reviews the reasoning and signs. Judgement stays human, keystrokes do not.

The loop closes. Fresh loss runs and new data feed straight back into rating, so this year's experience prices next year's business. No rating sheets, no release cycle.

Know where the book stands today, not at month end. Written, earned and in-force premium come off the ledger as it moves, so exposure and result are a current position rather than a spreadsheet rebuilt after the quarter closes.

Mid-term change is just another posting. An endorsement or a premium audit revises the remaining installments and issues the delta on its own. No rebuilt schedule, no reconciliation afterwards.

Billing on your terms. Down payment, installment count, due and grace days and how premium earns are configured per product and pinned to the version the policy bound on.

Keep more. Write more. Renewals start themselves ahead of expiry, sequences chase whatever has gone quiet, and what is slipping surfaces while it can still be saved.

Nothing renews by accident. The expiry anchor drives the work: the file is rebuilt, re-priced and routed before it is due, instead of after a report notices that it wasn't.

A new line in an afternoon. Stand up a product from a blueprint, point it at your rates and your appetite, and it goes live in the same system the rest of the book already runs on.

Universal Context for Insurance

Every tool in the stack keeps its own copy of the account, and by Tuesday they disagree. Riska keeps one graph — and extraction, rating, workflows, billing and the assistant all read and write to it.

  • It files itself.

Broker emails, ACORDs, loss runs and binders, captured on arrival.

  • Every value has a page.

Traced to the document, page and span it came off.

  • Appetite is always current.

Risk is scored the moment it lands, not at last quarter's meeting.

  • The book answers back.

Any policy, any exposure, any answer, in a second.

  • Your agents know what you know.

Same records, same permissions, same version of the truth.

  • Nothing happens off the record.

Every change, decision and document, audited as it happens.

Configuration

Change the product without changing the code. New line of business, new endorsement type, a required document that only applies over a premium threshold. These are configuration in Riska, and they ship the day you decide on them.

  • Workflows you can read

Triggers, steps and branches laid out as a graph, with every past run replayable and retryable from the step that failed.

  • Environments that behave

Sandbox and production are separate all the way down to the database, so a rate you are testing cannot price a live quote.

  • Humans in the loop by design

Any step can pause for a review and resume exactly where it stopped. Approval is part of the workflow, not a Slack message beside it.

Documents

Insurance runs on documents. Riska reads and writes them. Everything that arrives is classified, split and extracted onto your data model the moment it lands, and stays linked to the page it came from. Everything you owe is generated back out of the same model.

  • Any document, not a fixed list

Document types, classification criteria and field mappings are yours to define, so a form Riska has never seen is configuration rather than a project.

  • Traceable extraction

Every value keeps the page and the box it was read from, with a confidence score beside it, so a figure can always be checked against the source.

  • Generation, not just reading

Binders, policy forms, quotes and notices are produced from your own templates using any attribute on the model that captured the submission.

We stopped losing submissions in the inbox. The file is open, extracted and scored before anyone on my team has looked at it. They spend the morning underwriting, not typing.

Start wherever the problem is.

Every part of Riska reads and writes the same graph, so the piece you begin with is already connected to the rest.

Connected

It fits the stack you already run.

Riska is the system of record for the policy, not a walled garden around it. Everything it knows is reachable over the API, and everything it does emits an event.

If yours is not here, a solutions engineer will answer it on the demo call.

See it on your own submissions.

Bring the messiest files in your book. We will run them through intake, extraction and appetite while you watch.
