Every Zoom call recorded and filed to the record

Turn on call intelligence and a notetaker joins the Zoom meetings on your calendar. The recording and transcript land in Riska, so what the broker said is on file for everyone who works the account.

You decide which meetings are recorded: every one by default, or meeting by meeting.

## How it works

- **Nothing lost after the call**: The recording and the full transcript are kept with the call in Riska.
- **You choose what is recorded**: Record every meeting by default or pick them one at a time. Call intelligence is off until you turn it on.
- **Your name on the notetaker**: Set the name guests see in the participant list.
- **Delete means deleted**: Remove a call and its recording and transcript go with it.

## Configure

1. **Connect your calendar** Connect a Google or Microsoft account under Settings, then Personal, then Email and calendar.
2. **Turn on call intelligence** Switch on call intelligence for that connection. It is off until you choose.
3. **Pick which meetings** Record every meeting by default, or choose meeting by meeting. Name the notetaker your guests will see.
4. **Meet on Zoom** When a Zoom link is on the event, the notetaker joins and the recording lands on the record.
