Bring your Riska book into Microsoft 365 Copilot

Connect Riska to Microsoft 365 Copilot so underwriters and brokers can ask about the book without leaving Outlook, Teams or Word. Answers come from your live Riska workspace, not from a copy.

An admin connects Riska once for the organisation. After that, everyone signs in as themselves and sees only what their Riska permissions allow.

## How it works

- **Answers where you already work**: Ask about an account or a renewal from Outlook or Teams and get the record back.
- **Write with the record in hand**: Draft the reply or the referral note in Word from what Riska actually holds.
- **Governed by your admin**: Riska is added once in Copilot Studio, under the controls your Microsoft 365 admin already runs.

## Configure

1. **An admin adds Riska** In Copilot Studio, an admin adds the Riska server once for your organisation.
2. **Sign in with Riska** Each person signs in with their own Riska account.
3. **Ask** Ask Copilot. It answers within your Riska permissions.

## Questions

### Does Copilot get its own access?

No. It acts as the person asking and sees only what they can see in Riska.
